The Construct tab features five sections: Building zones, service buildings, decorations, roads and fields.
All have features that unlock with new levels, but decorations require one friend to access.
Building zone buildings require coins and energy to make. All have populations that increase and decrease over time, and at certain limits can allow you to upgrade for a cost. You can collect these buildings cor a 1 energy fee for coins. There are three classes: residential, industrial and commercial areas.

Service buildings define your town's technical and cultural level. They provide water, electricity and culture for your town. They are built using coins energy and gold.

Decorations require at least one friend to unlock
Roads connect buildings together and improve the populations in the building zone buildings. Lit roads are better than unlit roads but are more expensive. All take up one square.
